Made with exotic and domestic hardwoods.  Choose between end grain (butcher block), edge grain, or hybrid style.

END GRAIN (BUTCHER BLOCK) BOARDS offer superior quality.  They keep your knives sharper over time, they don't show scratches and knife marks as much, and they are visually striking.  They do require oiling every so often (butcher block conditioner or mineral oil/beeswax are great options).

EDGE GRAIN BOARDS require less maintenance and some prefer the look of laminated edge grain.  They do tend to show knife marks quicker than an end grain butcher block would.

SERVING BOARDS (also known as charcuterie boards) are meant to serve meats and cheeses and should not be used for heavy cutting.  These boards are typically made using figured woods with visually striking grain patterns.
